Omelette
 
 
2 eggs/ person
diced onions
grated cheese or cheese slices
sliced mushrooms
cooked chopped ham
diced bell peppers
salt/pepper
cooking oil for frying
 
 
1. Scramble eggs in a small bowl.
 
2. Heat skillet on medium-low and melt a small amount of cooking oil.
 
3. Pour eggs into skillet. Tilt skillet to spread eggs over bottom.
 
4. Place desired filling ingredients onto 1/2 of the cooking eggs, season with salt and
     pepper.
 
5. When bottom of eggs are slightly firm, carefully flip the uncovered 1/2 over the 
     filling ingredients, using a plastic turner of spatula.
 
6. Entire omelette may be flipped over at this time.
 
7. Allow heat to cook the ingredients on the inside of the omelette. Do not let the eggs   
    burn. Watch your heat, adjust temperature.
