Lemon Pepper Broiled Chicken
(no sodium)
 
 
 
Chicken thighs, deboned
Lemon Pepper blend seasoning
Garlic powder (optional)
Paprika
 
1. Debone chicken. Use a knife to slice thicker section of thigh to make the  
    thickness equal.
 
2. Sprinkle Lemon Pepper seasoning and paprika on both sides if the thigh.
 
3. Place on broiler pan and broil approximately 6 inches from broiler.
 
4. Turn chicken pieces when top is sizzling and brown. Broil for at least
    another 5-7 minutes.
 
5. Slice chicken tighs into 1/2 inch pieces.
