Garlic Chicken
 
5 lbs chicken thighs
1 cup flour
oil for frying
 
Sauce:
 
1 cup shoyu
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
5-7 cloves of minced garlic
 
 
1. Combine all sauce ingredients and process in a blender or use immersion mixer.
    Pour sauce into a medium bowl. Set aside.
 
2. Debone chicken and cut into 2 inch cubed pieces.
 
3.  Place flour in a clean plastic bag, and coat chicken.
 
4. In a large skillet, heat oil. Dust excess flour from chicken and fry chicken pieces.
 
5. Place cooked chicken pieces in a baking pan and keep warm.
 
6. Pour sauce over chicken and mix to coat all pieces.
